We collect information you voluntarily provide to us, such as your email address, which is used to verify the validity of any license to our software that we may have granted to you.

Information we collect automatically

When you use, access or interact with us via our websites or app, we may collect information about the type of device you use to access our websites, the operating system and version, your IP address, your browser type, the webpages you view on our websites, and whether and how you interact with content available on our websites. If you have a license with us, we may collect general activity and usage data as permitted under the Software License Agreement.

Information of children

We do not target and do not intend to attract children under sixteen. Although visitors of all ages may navigate through our websites or use our app, we do not knowingly collect or request personal information from those under the age of sixteen without parental consent. If, following a notification by a parent or guardian or discovery by other means, a child under sixteen has been improperly registered on our site by using false information, we will cancel the child’s account and delete the child’s personal information from our records.

Registering your License

As part of registering your Voxeleron software license, you will be prompted to enter information such as an email address for verification. It is required to provide this information to register your software and to ensure that your license is valid.

We collect: your email address, and IP address.

Why: We collect this information to help get your Voxeleron software working and to make sure that you have a valid license, and that your software license is not being used in violation of our Software License Agreement.

How We Use Personal Information

Voxeleron uses the data we collect to provide you with the software and Services we offer, which includes using data to improve and personalize your experiences. We also may use the data to communicate with you, for example, informing you about your account, new products or Services available, security and other types of updates.

Customer Support

We may use data Collected Data (as defined in our Software License Agreement) to respond to customer inquiries, diagnose product problems and provide other customer care and support services. This processing is necessary for the performance of our agreement we may have with you, as well as to serve our legitimate interest.

Product Improvement

We may use data and Collected Data (as defined in our Software License Agreement) for research purposes and to develop and improve our products and Services, including maintaining and improving the performance of our products and Services, developing and adding new features or capabilities. This processing is necessary to serve our legitimate interest.

Security, Safety and Dispute Resolution

We may use data or Collected Data (as defined in our Software License Agreement) to protect the security and safety of our products and Services, and our customers, to detect and prevent fraud, to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. This processing is necessary to serve our legitimate interest.

Business Operations

We may use data or Collected Data (as defined in our Software License Agreement) to develop aggregate analysis and business intelligence that enable us to operate, protect, make informed decisions, and report on the performance of our business. This processing is necessary to serve our legitimate interest.

How We May Share Personal Information

Voxeleron does not and will not sell personal information about our customers. We only disclose your data as described in this Statement and the Software License Agreement, if applicable. We may share information with the following types of third parties.

Third Party Vendors

Voxeleron uses a variety of third-party vendors to carry out services like websites management and hosting, online Product purchases, credit card processing and email communications. We only share your personal data as necessary, such as to complete a transaction or to provide a product or Service you have requested or authorized and only with vendors or agents working on our behalf for the purposes described in this Statement. In this case, your personal information will be shared with these agents or contractors but only for the purpose of performing services on behalf and under our instructions and in accordance with this Statement. Security, Storage and Retention of Personal Information We Collect


We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information. However, while we take reasonable precautions to guard the personal information we collect, no security system is impenetrable.

We use a variety of appropriate technical and organizational measures and industry standards to protect your personal information and help prevent information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. For example, we store the personal data you provide on cloud platform services that have limited access and are in controlled facilities. Additionally, we ensure that our third-party data center vendors provide adequate security measures. Personal data collected by us may be stored and processed in your region, in the United States (for instance in our major data centers), or in any other country where we or our affiliates, subsidiaries or service providers are located or maintain facilities. We have put in place adequate mechanisms to protect personal information when it is transferred internationally, for example by using the Standard Contractual Clauses as approved by the European Commission.

We will retain your personal information for as long as we deem it necessary to enable you to use the website and your product, to provide Services to you, to comply with applicable laws (including those regarding document retention), resolve disputes with any parties and otherwise as necessary to allow us to conduct our business. Individuals have the right to request the restriction or suppression of their personal data. When processing is restricted, organizations are permitting to store the personal data, but not use it. The Right to Data Portability

Individuals can obtain and reuse their personal data for their own purposes across different services. This right allows individuals to move, copy or transfer personal data easily from one IT environment to another in a safe and secure way, without hindrance to usability. This right enables consumers to take advantage of applications and services which can use this data to find them a better deal, or help them understand their spending habits.

The Right to Object

Individuals have the right to object to:

  • Data processing based on legitimate interested or the performance of a task in the public interest/exercise of official authority (including profiling);
  • Direct marketing (including profiling);
  • Data processing for purpose of scientific/historical research and statistics.

Rights in Relation to Automated Decision and Profiling

This right protects individuals if organizations are carrying out solely automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on them.

Request to Delete My Information

In accordance with GDPR compliance, after you submit the request, you will obtain the following from Voxeleron:

  • Confirmation that your data is being processed;
  • Access to your personal data; and,
  • Other supplementary information.

This information will be provided to you without delay and at the latest within one month of the receipt of your request.
